Young filmmakers from the University of Bradford have picked the Keighley Bus Museum as the subject for a promotional film which will form part of their degrees.
A team of media and film students have spent the last three Fridays capturing the magic of historic buses and the workings of the musem from every angle. And their finished work will be shown on Bradford City Park’s giant screen twice a day during January next year.
The Keighley Bus Museum Trust was founded in 1991 and its chairman Ian Bonner said it had been a very successful joint venture. “It’s been very good for us to work with younger people. They filmed us doing restoration work and also we took them out on runs to local attractions.”
