Landlord Mickey Thompson
A pub landlord has vowed to give Keighley West ward a stronger voice in Bradford City Hall if he is successful in next year’s local elections.
Former television soap actor Mickey Thompson, who runs the Great Northern pub in Ingrow, has been selected to stand as the Conservative party candidate.
He said: “It’s time the council listened to the views of local people. I want to champion ordinary people and fight for the issues that they care about”.
Mr Thompson lists regeneration and new investment among his priorities for the area.
