Heaton: loft conversion with box dormer window to rear, 18 Marriners Drive. Heaton: porch to side and conservatory and raised decking to rear, 27 High Park Drive. Heaton: refurbishment of existing school building, including the recladding of elevations and roof, Bradford Grammar School, Keighley Road. Heaton: two-storey side extension, 39 Garden Lane. Horton Bank Top: two-storey extension to side and demolition of single-storey garage and replacement with double garage, 128 Mandale Road. Idle: construction of single storey rear extension, 29 Santa Monica Road. Ilkley: converting the front open covered porch area into an enclosed porch with downstairs toilet due to disability, 41 Wyvil Crescent.
Keighley: advertisements to accompany proposed standalone concession pod to the south of the site, Sainsbury’s, Cavendish Street. Keighley: amendment to planning approval (00/03146/FUL) to provide decking to rear and additional windows, 57 Staveley Road. Keighley: change of use of units 8, 9 and 10 from holiday accommodation to three dwellings, Moor Lodge, Two Laws Road, Stanbury. Keighley: construction of second boiler house, Knowle Spring Brewery, Queens Road. Keighley: construction of three new dwellings associated access road and parking, land at Skipton Road. Keighley: external wheelchair platform at the main entrance with lowering of two windows to create sliding doors and glazed balustrades, New Devonshire House, Devonshire Street. Keighley: stand alone concession pod to the south of the store, Sainsbury’s, Cavendish Street.
