An elderly robbery victim remained in a poorly but stable condition in hospital yesterday.
The 77-year-old woman suffered breathing difficulties after she was confronted by two intruders in her flat in Manchester Road, Bradford, at 6pm on Sunday. She was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary.
The robbers pushed her into a chair and searched her flat, before fleeing with cash, bank cards and a phone.
Three men, two aged 19 and a 37-year-old, have been arrested. A fourth man, 37, who had previously been arrested, has been bailed pending further inquiries.
Detectives have urged the criminal fraternity to contact them with any information. Anyone with information should call CID on 101.
