Bradford hospitals’ principal dietitian Clare Gelder and dietitian Zak Ansari will be manning a Good Food Advice stall at the Oastler Shopping Centre in the city on Monday, from noon until 3pm and again at the same times on Monday, December 3, to talk about the importance of health eating habits and lifestyles.
The stall will be there for at least another 15 months run by Bradford Council as a reaction to figures that show fewer than a quarter of people in Bradford eat healthily.
Shoppers at the market will be offered free advice on ditching takeaways and growing their own vegetables and preparing healthy recipes.
