Mohammed Rizwan, aged 30, of Gladstone Street, Bradford Moor; four counts of theft, commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, wilful obstruction, 12 months’ community order, £250 compensation. Melissa Jane Smith, aged 23, of Spring Road, Keighley; two counts of theft, original offence of theft dealt with, jailed for three months; failure to surrender to custody, original offence of failure to surrender to custody dealt with, no separate penalty; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence.
