Girlington man convicted of sexually assaulting girl, 13
A 44-year-old man was today convicted by a jury at Bradford Crown Court of sexually assaulting a girl aged 13.
Mumtaz Khan, of Regency Court, Girlington, Bradford, will be sentenced on November 29 after the preparation of a report from the probation service.
Khan grabbed and groped the teenager when she visited his home on July 9.
Judge Peter Benson told him today: “The court will be considering all options, including sending you to custody.”
Khan’s bail was extended to the next hearing.
