More than £1,600 was raised for charity with a sponsored fire walk in Otley.
Ten people in bare feet braved the burning coals outside the Bowling Green pub.
It was organised in aid of the children’s charity Little Heroes, which supports children living with cancer and serious illness.
A total of £1,281 was raised. More than £400 was also raised by Sue Sansbury, of Cock Pit Farm Tea Rooms, who took part in the fire walk.
Her donation will go to the cafe’s cause for 2013 – the domestic abuse charity Behind Closed Doors.
Anyone who wants to donate to Behind Closed Doors can contact Sue on (01943) 464689.
