A dedicated charity fundraiser has raised more than £8,000 for good causes over the past decade.
Nazim Ali, general secretary of Bradford’s Naqshbandia Active Development Association (NADA), broke through the milestone total after completing the Bradford City Run 10K in aid of the Human Relief Foundation (HRF).
Mr Ali completed the run, on October 27, despite having a knee injury.
He said: “Despite recurring pain in my right knee throughout the race I still managed to complete it in around one hour.”
