A radio producer in Bradford has beaten fierce competition to win a prestigious national broadcasting award.
Luke Haley picked up a highly respected Jerusalem Award in the under 25 category during a ceremony at BAFTA in London.
Luke, 21, is a member of Whistling Frog Productions, part of the media and healthcare charity HCJB Global whose UK headquarters are in Bradford.
Judges selected Luke's entry called 'The Adventures of Wurloc Gnomes and Spotson', saying it stood out for being “funny and clever”.
Luke, who described himself as “deeply honoured” said: “As soon as I heard it was me, I couldn't quite believe it, but not in that kind of blasé Oscars way; I was chuffed to bits."
Luke has been with the charity for five years, after he first heard about HCJB Global at a meeting at his local church.
The Jerusalem Awards encourage, promote and reward original engaging Christian broadcasting.
