Bradford Bulls non-executive director Kate Hardcastle is giving two free sessions to Calderdale retailers and businesses about creating an “excellent experience for the customer”.
Calderdale Council has teamed up with the retail expert, who runs Insight With Passion, during the events at Square Chapel from 6pm to 9pm on Wednesday and at Clay House from 6pm to 9pm on Tuesday, November 12.
The events are open to tourism and retail businesses. To register for a free place e-mail business@calderdale.gov.uk.
