Highways Agency winter strategy
The Highways Agency, which looks after England’s motorways and major A roads, is ready to face severe weather as winter starts. To help it keep the nation moving, it is asking road users in Yorkshire and Humber to play their part. Next week it will be revealing its strategy to keep its main road network free of snow and ice.
