Oakworth: stable block, land at grid ref 402493 439138 Wide Lane. Oxenhope: construction of porch to front of dwelling, 85 Denholme Road. Oxenhope: rear single storey extension, 11 Denholme Road. Oxenhope: two-storey extension to rear, Middle Isle Farm, Isle Lane. Queensbury: non-material amendment to permission 11/00084/FUL dated 03.03.2011: renewal of planning approval 07/09300/FUL dated 18/01/08: construction of five dwellings, garage site east of 12 to 28 Roy Road. Queensbury: two storey side extension, 17 Osbourne Drive.
Shipley: construction of single storey rear/side extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 6m, maximum height of extension 3.70m, height to eaves of extension 2.70m, 7 Ashfield Drive. Shipley: construction of two semi-detached houses, land south of 30 Prospect Mount. Shipley: demolition of existing timber building and construction of a sandwich shop in natural stone, 116 Crag Road. Shipley: development of a new rail maintenance depot incorporating storage and office space (use Class B8) and up to 2,400 sq m of B1 hybrid business space, car parking, landscaping and associated works, land at Valley Road. Shipley: two-storey rear extension, 58 Oakdale Grove. Thackley: new access and parking area to replace existing, 190 Windhill Old Road.
Tong: construction of first floor extensions on existing single storey extension to front and side, 76 Bierley House Avenue. Tong: works associated with creation of training centre, 2 Roydsdale Way, Euroway Industrial Estate. Wibsey: single storey rear extension, 31 Dovesdale Road. Wilsden: replacement single storey garage, 166 Harecroft, Haworth Road.
Wilsden: installation of air conditioning to new Rowland’s Pharmacy including one external condenser and security cage, Wilsden Medical Centre, 2 Lingbob Court. Wyke: application for Hazardous Substances Consent for the storage and use of 4,333 tonnes of Acrylamide/Acrylamide Monomers and 1,200 tonnes of Acrylonitrile over an extended area including the former site of the Morley Carr Working Men’s Club, BASF Performance Products, Cleckheaton Road.
