Heaton: construction of a new ward block, with new ground floor at the Phase 1 ward (wards 29/30), realignment and re-grading of the existing car park off gate access 6, new hard and soft landscape, tree removal; and the extension of a surface car park and internal access at the former Temple Bank School, with associated landscape and boundary treatment, re-grading of land, and the construction of a new pedestrian footpath, Bradford Royal Infirmary, Duckworth Lane.
Heaton: construction of two storey extension and conservatory at rear and construction of new garage, 309 Toller Lane. Heaton: single-storey rear extension with the following dimensions: distance from rear wall of original dwelling 4.00m, maximum height of extension 4.00m, height to eaves of extension 3.00m, 100 Heights Lane.
Idle: conversion of part of garage into living accommodation, 34 Longlands. Ilkley: change of use of garage to utility and remodelling of ground floor layout, 9 College Drive. Ilkley: construction of extension to rear of existing dwelling house, 7 Westville Avenue. Ilkley: construction of first floor kitchen/dining extension and external decking, 5 Hollingwood Park.
Keighley: change of use from private to commercial garage, Unit 4 Victoria Works, Sussex Street. Keighley: convert integrated garage to study/playroom, replacing garage door with stonework to match existing property including an external door and window to match existing property, 6 Pepper Hill Lea. Keighley: development of three plants to recover energy from waste, with materials reception and feedstock building, offices, education/visitor centre, parking and landscaping, land east of former gas works, Airedale Road.
