Students will be serving up tasters of their national dish to curry favour in a University of Bradford cook-off.
Whether it is a Moroccan tagine, an Indian curry, French croissant or even a well-risen Yorkshire pudding, students are invited make bite-sized portions of their favourite national dish to become Team Bradford International Cook Off champion.
The event celebrates the importance of international students and the influence they have in bringing together staff and students.
Director of international development William Mitchell said: “International students contribute so much to the academic achievement of our university and to the local economy, but perhaps most important is the diversity of cultures and thinking they bring – food being one of the best-know of these.”
