Parents with children aged two and three years old are encouraged to get them vaccinated against flu.
It’s the first year the age group is being included in the winter flu programme.
Anita Parkin, director of public health for Bradford Council, said: “We’re concerned that many parents and carers who have received a letter from their GP have yet to make an appointment for their children.
“Having the flu vaccine doesn’t just protect your child, it helps stop the flu spreading to other people who may be even more vulnerable than you.”
