Bradford performers are among the cast bringing a ‘topsy turvy love triangle’ to the stage next week.
Gilbert & Sullivan’s masterpiece The Mikado involves a wandering minstrel, a none-too-innocent schoolgirl and the Lord High Executioner, and features some of the best-loved songs in comic opera.
The cast includes Ian Moorhouse as pompous Pooh-Bah and more Bradford talent in the shape of Zoe Howe, Christine Roberts, Stuart Sellens and Colin Fine
The bright, colourful production is staged by Halifax Gilbert & Sullivan Society which has won the National Operatic and Dramatic Association award for Best Show in Calderdale for the past two years. Ida.
