A group of 31 Keighley students were taken to Manchester to find out how some of the nation’s best competitive cyclists are coached and assessed.
The students are all studying sports courses at Keighley Campus Leeds City College.
They travelled with tutors Andrew Gudgeon and Rob Harrison to the National Cycling Centre in Manchester. The facility includes a velodrome and BMX track and is used for training by cyclists from Team GB. The students were also able to meet talented young BMX rider Tre Whyte.
