Collectors from around the world are flocking to buy replica babies made by a Silsden woman.
Julie McGlinchey's life-like "Reborns" are fetching hundreds of pounds on internet trading site eBay. She spends several days making each baby from kits, applying up to 40 layers of paint to the baby's face and spending hours putting in the hair.
She inserts glass eyes specially made in Germany, and dresses the life-size model in real baby clothes.
The 50-year-old, who works in quality assurance for a pharmaceutical company, began creating the babies five years ago while stuck at home following an injury.
She said: "It was something to keep my mind occupied. I taught myself by watching videos.”
