An appeal has been lodged against Bradford Council’s refusal of plans for a new house at Silsden.
Applicant Paul Anderson was seeking permission for a detached property on land adjacent to 9 East Dene.
But the Council said the house would be poorly located in relation to existing properties and affect the light and outlook for the occupant of a neighbour.
Planners also felt that an unadopted private drive, which would provide access to the home, would be unable to cope with further use.
The appeal is being dealt with in writing. Visit the planning section at bradford.gov.uk and search for 13/00823/FUL.
