Lidget Green: four new advertising boards with illumination, Car Sales, Beckside Road. Lidget Green: site clearance, remediation and landfill to existing previously developed site, land former site of Rentokil Initial Services Limited, Northside Road.
Little Horton: construction of two-storey rear extension, 54 St George’s Place, Elizabeth Street. Little Horton: first-floor rear bedroom extension, 19 Lindley Road. Little Horton: hip to gable conversion, rear dormer and single storey rear extension, 166 Carr Bottom Road.
Little Horton: part two-storey, part single-storey rear extension and first-floor front extension (hip to gable, loft conversion and dormer window under permitted development to be constructed first) (approved – app no 13.02527/CLP), 12 Bude Road. Little Horton: replacement doors and windows, 36 Little Horton Lane.
Low Moor: additional modular classroom sited on existing school grounds, Hill Top C E Primary School, Common Road.
Manningham: construction of two dormer windows and repositioning of two existing windows, 16 Victor Terrace. Manningham: conversion of basement to form three bedsit rooms, 1 Clifton Villas. Manningham: extension to existing nursery to create new children’s room and associated wash areas/toilet facilities, 59 St Paul’s Road. Manningham: rear extension to basement and ground floor, Zabair Iqbal Food Store, 50 Whetley Hill Road.
Queensbury: change of use of approximately 11sq m of garage to dog grooming parlour, 4 Elliott Court.
Tong: construction of single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original wall 6.0m, maximum height of extension 2.23m, height to eaves of extension 3.10m, 83 Burnham Avenue. Tong: construction of two-storey extension, 24 Bannockburn Court. Tong: new internally-illuminated signage, Toby Carvery, The Old Pavilion, 244-246 Rooley Lane.
Undercliffe: two-storey rear extension and loft conversion with dormer windows, skylights and front porch, 430 Idle Road.
Wibsey: basement and ground floor rear extension, 21 Oakdale Avenue. Wibsey: construction of single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall 4 metres, maximum height of extension 3.80 metres, height to eaves of extension 2.80 metres, 27 Enfield Parade.
Wibsey: demolition of existing garage and construction of new garage, 27 Enfield Parade. Wibsey: first-floor rear extension with pitched roof to 21-23 and external art stone walling to front and side walls of 21 Northdale Mount. Wibsey: hip to gable roof alteration and dormer window to rear, 5 Hawes Terrace.
Wyke: application for Hazardous Substances Consent for the storage and use of 4,333 tonnes of Acrylamide/Acrylamide Monomers and 1,200 tonnes of Acrylonitrile over an extended area including the former site of the Morley Carr Working Men’s Club, BASF Performance Products, Cleckheaton Road.
