The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council:
Keighley: first-floor side extension, 66 Bracken Bank Grove. Keighley: private car standing to front, 16 Golden View Drive, Thwaites Brow. Keighley: two-storey side and single-storey rear extension with demolition of existing outhouse, 5 Heather Grove.
Menston: construction of two three-bedroom houses on vacant land, land adj to 32 Hargrave Crescent.
Micklethwaite: scoping request re the erection of 420-440 dwellings, removal and replacement of vehicular swing bridge over the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, provision of new accesses, off-site highway works, laying out of public open space and landscaping, Sty Lane.
Oxenhope: partial demolition and extension of detached garage and glazed link to dwelling, Horkinstone Barn, Denholme Road. Oxenhope: redecoration of the existing entrance doors frames and installation of a new AC condenser unit to the rear elevation, The Co-operative, 24 Station Road.
Queensbury: change of use of approximately 11sq m of garage to dog grooming parlour, 4 Elliott Court.
Saltaire: remove existing defective windows to the front and rear elevations and fit new double glazed windows, 45 Albert Road.
Shipley: change of use from former residential care home to seven apartments with addition of new dormer window to front, 46 Kirkgate. Shipley: roof space conversion to create new bedroom and en-suite, and re-planning of existing ground floor to provided amended utility and WC facilities with new internal stair, two new dormer windows, new ground-floor window opening and rooflight, 18 Springhurst Road.
Silsden: conversion of public house to two two-storey semi-detached dwellings (full) and construction of five houses comprising four terraced dwellings and one two-storey detached dwelling (outline with details of access and scale), The Grouse Inn, 31 Keighley Road.
Thackley: hybrid application for full permission for 60 dwellings and means of access (phase one) and outline permission for up to 270 dwellings (all matters reserved except for partial means of access to, but not within, the site), land at Cote Farm, Leeds Road.
Wilsden: change of use from barn to dwelling, Gazeby Hall Farm Barn, Back Lane. Wilsden: installation of air conditioning to new Rowland’s Pharmacy including one external condenser and security cage, Wilsden Medical Centre, 2 Lingbob Court.
