Arts organisation The Big Hoo-Ha Co has been awarded nearly £5,000 from the town council's Voice Your Choice fund to carry out the project. Fellow winners Otley Action for Older People and Otley Christmas Tree Festival will also receive funding after the public voted for their favourite initiatives.
