The University of Bradford has been shortlisted for a Prospects Postgraduate Award, recognising and rewarding excellence and innovation in postgraduate education.
The University will compete against three other institutions for the title of Best Teaching Team in Science, Technology and Engineering.
The nominated team, made up of Bobby Friel, John McIlwaine, Rob Janaway and Dr Andrew Wilson, were nominated by MSc Forensic Archaeology & Crime Scene Investigation student Sarah Ashbridge, who graduates in December.
Miss Ashbridge said: “The FACSI team have supported us all, not only through our education at the University, but also outside of teaching hours to ensure that we are employable. Their dedication does not end at 5pm Friday and for this reason they are truly deserving of recognition.”
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on November 19 in Manchester. The awards are run by Graduate Prospects, the UK’s leading postgraduate education publisher.
