Dozens of youngsters were treated to some ghostly goings-on in Haworth.
They were invited to join in costumed parades on Main Street for the village's Halloween celebrations.
The first procession was led by Cross Roads-based street entertainer Rachel Hyde, who was being carried by a dragon.
Halloween weekend organiser Mike Hutchinson also took part, dressed as a wizard.
He said the bad weather forecast for the following day meant he was afraid no children would turn up for the second event – a ghouls' procession.
"I didn't expect anyone. I thought I'd be walking up the street on my own," he said. "But we had about 25 youngsters on the Saturday and even more on Sunday. Many of their costumes were really good. Rachel was excellent. She also came along on the Sunday, dressed as Vampira."
