A 21-year-old man has been charged with firearms offences after he was arrested by detectives investigating the ‘acid attack’ killing of Barry Selby.
Joseph Peter Lowther, of Copgrove Road, Holme Wood, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court yesterday, charged with firearms offences in connection with an incident on Farway, Holme Wood, on Sunday, October 13.
Police believe the incident could be linked to the death of 50-year-old Mr Selby, who was shot and had a corrosive substance sprayed over him in a bedroom of his home in Rayleigh Street, East Bowling, the following day.
