The team behind a fund to restore an old steamroller saved from scrap has raised £18,000 so far.
The Friends of Pudsey Roller have been holding fundraising events throughout the year.
The latest is an illustrated presentation on the history of steam- rollers in and around Pudsey presented by Friends chairman Derek A Rayner.
Called Transport and Steam, the talk will take place at Farsley Liberal Club on Thursday, October 31, at 7.45pm.
