A man has been acquitted of drugs charges partway through his trial at Bradford Crown Court in connection with a £2 million production and distribution case.
Shazad Ahmed Khan, 30, of Japonica Way, Bradford Moor, faced two charges of conspiracy to supply class A drugs, heroin and crack cocaine, alongside Junaid Khan, 31, of Folkestone Street, Bradford Moor.
But the case against him was halted after a key witness changed a statement he had originally given to police. The case against Junaid Khan continues and the jury is expected to hear closing speeches from the prosecution and defence counsels on Monday.
