Things are going to get hairy next month as men sprout moustaches to raise awareness of men’s health issues.
During November men are encouraged to grow facial hair to support prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health.
Kebabeesh in New Line, Greengates, is joining the fun and hosting a fundraiser in aid of Cancer Support Bradford & Airedale, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, on Tuesday, November 12.
Ammar Durrani, who owns the restaurant with his father Jay, said: “We wanted to do something special and meaningful to help Cancer Support Bradford & Airedale celebrate their special year, but we also want to help make sure they are still around in the next 25 years.”
Tickets are £15 for a three-course meal and entertainment. Call the restaurant on (01274) 617188 or the charity on (01274) 202226 to book.
