The coach firm National Express will be running services to and from Bradford on Christmas Day.
A spokesman said beacuse of the annual rail shutdown on Christmas Day, National Express would be the only nationwide transport company running services from Bradford on the day.
National Express is scheduled to run coaches from the city every day throughout the Christmas period, although on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, it will operate a slightly reduced timetable.
Managing director Tom Stables said: “As Christmas looms large in the calendar many people will be starting to plan the great Christmas getaway.
“With major rail disruption forecast we are proud to be able to continue to offer services so people can visit their loved ones or enjoy a break abroad.”
