An Oxenhope woman celebrated her 50th birthday in style – and helped Manorlands Sue Ryder hospice in Oxenhope.
Mandy Ibbotson had a party at the village’s community centre and requested donations to the hospice instead of presents.
‘It was a great night and I’d like to thank everyone who came along and made it such a memorable evening,” she said.
“Special thanks go to all those who made a donation to Manorlands.” In total the event raised £1,500, enough to fund a highly-trained nurse for three weeks at Manorlands.
