Ilkley building society branch helps cricket club
The Ilkley branch of Yorkshire Building Society is showing its support for cricket by sponsoring the new kit of one of its local girls’ teams.
The Society’s branch in Station Place made a £250 donation to the girls’ team of the Olicanian Cricket Club which has bought every member of the team a new team top.
Olicanian Cricket Club runs two all-girls cricket teams.
Currently the two teams are made up of 25 girls who have quite a wide age range starting as young as five and going all the way up to 15.
