A 61-year-old man is on trial at Bradford Crown Court, accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.
Nigel Delaney, of Emsley Close, Bierley, is also accused of breaching a Sexual Offences Protection Order.
He denies both charges.
The jury was told the alleged assault took place on July 10, 2012, when the teenager was working for Delaney, a CCTV engineer.
The victim, now 17, who cannot be identified, told the court yesterday Delaney had twice touched his thigh in a sexual manner, as well as indulging in lewd conversation with him.
In his defence, Delaney denied assaulting the boy and said he believed he had not breached the conditions of the order, which prevents him having contact with under 17-year-olds, as he thought the boy was 17.
“There is no way I touched, or wanted to touch him, sexually,” he said.
The trial continues.
