Work has started on a new six-storey apartment building in Bradford city centre aimed at housing the district’s growing student population.
The £4.5 million Appleton Point scheme will take shape on Salem Street until its scheduled completion in August.
The complex will include 160 self-contained studio apartments as well as a gym, cinema room and IT suite.
Birmingham-based building consultancy firm Fusion is managing the project on behalf of clients Mederco Ltd, which specialises in turn-key student housing.
