Witness plea to Shipley phone theft
Police are appealing for a woman who witnessed a theft in Shipley to come forward.
The woman, who is believed to be about 60 and is described as olive-skinned, alerted police after she saw another woman take a mobile phone from a shopper in Market Square at about 1.45pm on Saturday, October 19.
A 29-year-old woman from Bradford was arrested on suspicion of theft and released on bail. The phone was also recovered.
