Marie Curie Cancer Care's appeal for more volunteers
A cancer charity is appealing for volunteers for a new fundraising group in Bradford.
Marie Curie Cancer Care is looking for a chairman, treasurer and secretary for its BD4 committee, which will help organise its Great Daffodil Appeal and Blooming Great Tea Party in the area, as well as look after collection tins.
The group meets every four to six weeks.
There will be an informal meeting at East Bierley Golf Club, South View Road, on Wednesday at 6.30pm and they would like anyone interested in supporting Marie Curie Cancer Care to go along and find out more about the group.
