An appeal to help a little boy get vital surgery has been given a boost with a cheque for £1,000.
The family of Wes Knight are trying to raise money to pay for a pioneering operation – Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy – in the USA.
Guiseley Lions held a six-a-side fundraising football tournament in conjunction with the Guiseley AFC Community Foundation, and a cheque for £1,000 was presented to Wes and his mum Catherine by Guiseley Lion Marilyn Hunt.
