A man who was attacked in his Bradford home earlier this week has died.
Police today said 50-year-old Barry Selby died in hospital overnight.
He was shot and had acid sprayed over him in the attack at his home in Rayleigh Street, East Bowling, on Monday.
Mr Selby was being treated in a specialist burns unit and had undergone surgery for a gunshot wound to his leg.
A 23-year-old man appeared before Bradford and Keighley magistrates yesterday charged with the attempted murder of Mrr Selby and was remanded in custody to appear before Bradford Crown Court on November 1.
He has now been charged with murder, police said.
Three other men remain on bail pending further inquiries.
