Volunteers are invited to join the next Ravenscliffe Woods clean-up on Saturday, October 26 – the 15th to take place this year.
The initiative began after residents asked for something to be done to make the woods a place for local people to enjoy.
Since then, Bradford East Area Co-ordinator’s office has organised the sessions, which have also developed a path and stepping stones.
The clean-up will start at 10.30am. Meet at the access point to the woods between 123 and 125 Roundwood Avenue.
For more information, phone Liz Parker, ward officer at Bradford East Area Co-ordinator’s Office, on (01274) 431066.
