Family fun is heading for Wyke to help a charity.
The family fun day on Saturday, October 26 is being hosted by the village’s Co-Operative store and will start with a Scout and Cub parade at 10am.
The event will also include a car boot sale, bouncy castle, face-painting, raffle, barbecue and group stalls.
All funds raised on the day will be donated to The Co-operative’s charity of the year – The Carers Trust.
Money raised by The Co-operative will assist the charity in its work to tackle feelings of isolation and to provide desperately needed breaks, information, advice and support for 14 to 25 year olds who care for a loved one.
Stalls can still be booked by contacting store manager Daniel Pelissier on (01274) 673637.
