Three more men have been arrested in connection with an acid and gun attack in Bradford that left a man fighting for life.
Two of the men, 41 and 28, of Holme Wood, handed themselves in at Trafalgar House police station yesterday.
They have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The third man, 37, also of Holme Wood, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. A drugs feud is believed to be behind Monday’s attack. It happened at 2am in a bedroom of the 52-year-old victim’s home in Rayleigh Street, East Bowling. Detective Chief Inspector Nick Wallen said the victim was fighting for his life.
Officers have been granted more time to question a 23-year-old Bradford man, who was arrested on Monday on suspicion of attempted murder.
A 36-year-old man, who was also arrested, remains on bail.
Police still want witnesses to come forward and are keen to speak to anyone who saw a dark Mitsubishi Warrior at the time. Call Police on 101.
