Police Community Support Officers from Manningham said are reminding people to remove valuables from view after a theft from a car.
A spokesman said: “Residents are reminded to remove all valuables from their vehicles including phones, money, chargers, sat navs, coats, bags etc.
“If possible, empty the glove compartment and leave this open so your vehicle looks empty and not tempting to those who commit these crimes. Thieves will be tempted to break into the vehicle if they see chargers and wires leading out to the centre console.”
