Police have warned there is often an increase in thefts from cars when Bradford City play at home.
Officers from Manningham and Toller Neighbourhood Policing Team are urging fans to make sure all their valuables are removed from their cars when attending matches at Valley Parade.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “There will be increased patrols carried out around the streets where spectators park their cars and your local officers have been alerted to those who commit these crimes.
“If they are seen in or around the area, they will be stop searched. Officers will also be knocking on the doors of those who we know are actively committing theft from cars to disrupt their activities.”
