Resurfacing work is to start on Monday, October 28 on Spen Lane at Gomersal.
The work will take place between the junction Barrington Parade and the Post Office at Gomersal Hill Top and should take one week to complete, weather permitting.
Off-peak working between 9.30am and 4pm will allow morning and evening rush hour traffic to pass but there will be traffic restrictions in place which will inevitably cause some delay and disruption and road users are asked to find alternative routes.
Temporary traffic signals will be in use and a number of roads will be closed between 9.30am to 4pm.
Spen Lane will be closed between the junction Barrington Parade and the Post Office at Gomersal Hill Top. Shirley Road will be closed at its junction with Spen Lane. Barrington Parade will be closed at its junction with Spen Lane.
