Seven friends who took on the Tough Mudder Challenge near Skipton have handed over cheques totalling more than £2,000.
Gary Brown, 37, an office furniture salesman from Queensbury, and his friends were at Idle Primary School in Boothroyd Drive to present the cheques for £1, 214 each.
They went to eight-year-old Katie Smith who has neurofibromatosis having to deal with pain every day and three-year-old Chloe Wilde who was born with half a heart.
The school has already embarked on its own fundraising for the two girls but was thrilled when Mr Brown and his friends helped.
