James Richardson as Mac The Elephant
An ‘elephant’ will be amongst the runners setting out on a new fundraising race next weekend.
Mac the elephant, aka environmental consultant James Richardson from Otley, is hoping to raise at least £1,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support by competing in the first Plusnet Yorkshire Marathon The 29-year-old is hoping to raise a few smiles by undertaking the race at York on Sunday, October 20, in a full body elephant suit.
