A man facing a charge of conspiracy to burgle Coral bookmaker’s in Ivegate, Bradford city centre, had his case dismissed yesterday.
Stefan Grogan, 22, of Hendford Drive, Pollard Park, Bradford, pleaded not guilty to the charge at Bradford Crown Court.
Prosecutor Matthew Harding offered no evidence and the case was dismissed by Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC (pictured).
Two other defendants – Brian Drew, 28, of Hendford Drive; and Jessica Rhodes, 22, of West Royd Avenue, Shipley – are due to face trial on the charge on January 7. Rhodes is also charged with perverting the course of justice.
