Burley in Wharfedale: construction of conservatory to replace existing conservatory, 20 Norwood Avenue.
City centre: change of use from Class A1 (shop) to Class A2 (financial and professional services) at the ground and first floor, 1 Tyrrel Street. City centre: installation of one fascia sign and two projecting signs, Skipton Building Society, 53 Market Street. City centre: replacement fencing and safety gates, Congregational And General Insurance Plc, 11-13 Currer Street. Eccleshill: pair of semi-detached houses with integral garages, land north of 40 Post Office Road. Eldwick: construction of detached dormer bungalow, Hill Top, 17 Glen Road. Eldwick: single-storey front extension, 12 Beech Grove.
Fairweather Green: retrospective construction of front wall, 20 Bull Royd Drive. Girlington: two- storey rear extension, 8 Yew Tree Grove. Great Horton: change of use from doctor’s surgery to house, construction of front porch and addition of rooflights, 11 Paternoster Lane. Great Horton: external ducting and single-storey rear extension to takeaway shop, 358 Great Horton Road. Great Horton: replacement defective roof covering and rain water gutters, etc, 11 Vine Street.
Heaton: construction of two- storey side and rear extension and part single-storey rear extension, 7 Mitcham Drive. Heaton: conversion of garage and first-floor extension, 12 Malvern Grove. Heaton: dormer window to front and extension to rear, 4 Aireville Road. Heaton: non-material amendment to approval 12/04826/HOU (construction of a front and side extension including first-floor accommodation and detached garage) to: insert an additional velux window with obscure glass to the roof area, 60 Bingley Road. Horton Bank Top: retrospective application for construction of wall fronting highway, 2 Lawrence Drive.
Idle: change of use of first floor above a shop from residential to educational consultancy/tutoring, 32 Highfield Road. Idle: construction of a single detached dwelling, land adjacent to 18 Railway Road.
