Assistant boss Wayne Jacobs is calling for Halifax Town's players to build on their home victory over Woking and launch a winning run.
The Shaymen remain in the bottom half of the table and have been inconsistent all season.
They have only won back-to-back games once this term and former Bradford City defender Jacobs said: "This performance shows what we are capable of but we have to repeat it every week.
"We are not thinking further ahead than the next game at home to St Albans on Saturday and we must pick up results and look at it again at Christmas.
"At the halfway stage we will assess where we are and what we need to put right in the second half of the campaign."
Defender-cum-midfielder Gus Uhlenbeek set the Shaymen on their way against Woking with a goal that any striker would have been proud of.
The one-time Bantams star, now 36, showed great pace to collect a through ball from Danny Forrest, beat a defender and then side-stepped the on-rushing keeper before slotting into an empty net from just outside the box.
That gave Halifax the advantage at half-time and from then on it was a war of attrition as the home side kept up the pressure.
However the hosts' wayward finishing ensured the result was in doubt until the 75th minute, when on-loan striker Nathan Joynes claimed his second goal in three games after Woking keeper Michael Poke failed to hold Tyrone Thompson's thumping drive.
Four minutes later Forrest sealed it with a flying header after a sweeping move and Jacobs said: "We want more of the same."
