Volkswagens and Audis present and past will gather in Bradford next month.
More than 100 vehicles are expected at JCT600’s Volkswagen dealership on Sticker Lane as part of the event which is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support in the city.
The event on Sunday, July 7, between 6pm and 9pm, has been organised by Bradford-based club Vag (Volkswagen Audi Group) Squadron. Entry costs £1 per person.
Club president Craig Page said the vehicles on show will include an Audi R8 Spyder supercar, a range of VW Golfs from mark one to mark seven, old and new-shaped VW Beetles, VW campervans, and old and new VW Sciroccos, among many others.
There will also be a competition to guess how many balloons are in a campervan.
Mr Page, whose dad Mike Mills died of bone cancer at the age of 58, said: “There will be raffles for a chance to win some great prizes, an indoor car display, trade stands, and loads more, not to mention some fantastic photo opportunities with absolutely stunning cars.
“And the best part is that all proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Support in Bradford.
“I remember Macmillan nurses coming out for my dad. They are the frontline that people see and they deal with families. It is a good cause.”
